Levantina Participates in Texas Society of Architects Expo
Dallas, Texas (November 2, 2011). Levantina, a worldwide leader in the Natural Stone industry, participated at the 72nd Annual Convention and Design Products & Ideas Expo of the Texas Society of Architects. The Texas Society of Architects (Texas Architects) is the state component of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and represents 17 chapters and over 6,000 members. The Expo took place October 27-28 at Dallas Convention Center.
Levantina displayed an array of marbles, granites and limestone in their booth while highlighting many of Levantina’s own materials from their 63 quarries around the world. Levantina brought new products to the Expo and offered many options of Natural Stone for use in projects of all sizes. The Granite Collection series on display included the most exotic granites from India, Africa and Brazil. This Collection is ideal for use on kitchen and bathroom countertops where the quality of these stones creates an elegant and unique environment without foregoing the major benefits of hardness and resistance that characterize these materials.
Levantina’s Crema Marfil marble from the Monte Coto quarry in Spain was showcased as tile for Levantina’s exhibit floor. Levantina’s Marble Collection is incorporated in the design of leading hotels such as Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas, The Ritz-Carlton in Dallas and Madrid Airport as well as homes around the world. The capacity to mobilize major resources makes Levantina one of the principal suppliers of Natural Stone for major architectural projects.
More than 2500 design professionals and industry suppliers, including architects, landscape architects, product specifiers, interior designers, contractors, developers, builders, engineers, manufacturers, service providers, and civic leaders attended the event.
