Aeropuerto Alicante-Elche

Marble and granite, two materials that stand the test of time, adorn the interior floors of Alicante-Elche Airport. The inherent style and innate beauty of Natural Stone mark the difference.

A relaxing and contemporary atmosphere, created by using earthy hues and dynamic lines, characterises the stunning space built in the new passenger terminal of Alicante-Elche Airport, designed by the architect Bruce Fairbanks (GOP Oficina de Proyectos). The floor laid in Bronze Marble by Levantina generates a movement-filled sensation, with an elegance that is hard to match. The soft ochre tones with dashes of black that distinguish this Natural Stone harmonise perfectly with the terminal’s spectacular upper structure.
Other common areas are clad in Gris Salanga granite, a material that offers the necessary hardness and quality for high-traffic spaces. The clarity that distinguishes this beautiful granite provides the necessary touch of light for this space. The white background mottled with small dark seams that forms the material conceals a millennium-old spirit; this contrast makes it the perfect choice for a latest-generation project, as special as it is iconic.
